With our electronic Film Safe, accidental exposure of film is virtually impossible. Here's how it works: Open the electronic Film Safe, press the lock release, the electronic components in the unit will measure the amount of light in your darkroom and if safe, the lid is released for removal or insertion of film. The lid is designed to "fall" closed when released. A non-electronic Film Cabinet (model 30771) is also available.

Our DR panel protectors have a positive lock and to prevent panel pop outs. Chromed steel 60" post. 24" wide "H" shaped base with locking casters. This wide stance helps prevent tipping. Platinum baked enamel finish which provides an easy to clean base that is perfect for OR settings. Bilateral clamp to safely secure imaging receptors in the cassette holder. The holder has a 1.25" deep channel to accept grids and caps.

To ensure years of safe use, AMD offers everything from a single garment hanging device to high capacity wall and mobile units.

Using a DICOM Modality Worklist (MWL) can help solve this problem and also help address electronic ordering required by the "Meaninful Use" provisions of the US Federal Government.

AMD has two software programs that help with this issue and increase your workflow efficency.
